Initial operation using Extension 3170.50
Place the extension of the automatic calcium
dispenser compactly next to the Calcium Automat
3170 (1).
Remove the plug located to the right of the control
cock on the Calcium Automat 3170 (2).
Connect the hose supplied to the reactor (3).
Position the lever of the control cock as shown in
the illustration (4).
Use the control cock of the second stage
3170.50 (5).
In the extension module, control the drop volume
at the output of the second control cock (above the
granulate) (6).
Close the cover of the Comline housing due to the
incident light.
Start operating Calcium Automat 3170.
The water now flows through the second reactor
stage
and
dissolved
carbonate depending on the carbon dioxide
supersaturation of the outgoing water of the
automatic calcium dispenser. The setting should
be carried out according to the previous examples
(please also refer to the output tables).

Mise en service avec Extension 3170.50
Disposez Calcium Automat Extension de manière
compacte à côté de Calcium Automat 3170 (1).
Sur Calcium Automat 3170, déposez l'obturateur
sur la droite du robinet de réglage d'eau (2).
Reliez les deux réacteurs à l'aide du tuyau fourni (3).
Positionnez le robinet de réglage comme sur
l'illustration (4).
Pour le réglage du débit, utilisez le robinet du
deuxième étage Extension 3170.50 (5).
Dans l'élément Extension, contrôlez la quantité de
gouttes d'eau en sortie du deuxième robinet, au-
dessus du granulat (6).
Fermez le couvercle de l'élément Comline afin
d'éviter une pénétration de la lumière.
Mettez en service Calcium Automat 3170.
L'eau du premier réacteur 3170 traverse à présent
le deuxième étage de granulat 3170.50 et dissout
une quantité supplémentaire de carbonate de
calcium en fonction de sa saturation en CO2. Les
réglages s'effectuent en fonction des exemples
précédemment cités (voir Tables de performances).
