vibrator oil.
5. Vibrator housing
defect.

4. Piston or bearing
defect in cylinder.
Material stuck to base
plate.

Suggested Solution(s)
1. Reset the engine RPM
appropriately.
2. Check and/or replace
clutch.
3. Check and/or replace the
drive belt.
4. Drain additional oil and
maintain at appropriate
level.
5. Check eccentric vibrator,
gear and counterweight.
1. Check and/or replace
the drive belt.
2. Check and/or replace
clutch.
3. Check the vibrator
housing (eccentric
vibrator, gear and
counterweight).
4. Replace worn piston or
bearing in cylinder.
Clean material from base
plate.
