1. General This test method conforms with
DIN EN ISO 1519.
Bending coated sheet metal over
adefi ned radius allows an indication
of the elongation and adhesion of a
paint fi lm at bending stress.
The test conditions for the mandrel
beding test are defi ned in interna-
tional standard DIN EN ISO 1519
describe the test method by means
of a cylindrical mandrel.
