General safety requirements

` ` Failure to comply with the directions for use shall

may lead to personal injury and material damage.
` ` The instrument must only be used by qualified
skilled employees.
Safety instructions before using
` ` Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are filling.
` ` Damage to the respiratory tract and other organs
due to off-gassing media. Fill only in ventilated
rooms or under a suitable exhaust hood.
The instrument must only be used within the

Safety instructions during and after use

dishwasher.
Layout and function
` ` The instrument is made of PP, PE and FKM.
` ` The instrument is suitable to fill off highly fluid and
low-viskosity liquids.
` ` The pump thread is suitable for container threads 64
mm Ø (BSI).
` ` The instrument is maintenance-free.
Point out any damage in the packaging to the freight
forwarder/supplier immediately.
Assembly
1. Insert the telescopic riser pipe  into the pump up
to the stop.
2. Pull out the telescopic riser pipe completely.
3. Screw the pump onto the container thread. If
necessary use a matching thread adapter (see
accessories).
Safe filling
1. Hold the discharge tube above the filling container.
2. Activate the manual piston  and generate over-
pressure.
3. To fill off liquid, open the drain valve  (push the
lever downwards).
Completing filling and dismounting
CAUTION!
The container is under pressure. Bodily injury due
to escaping liquid.
