14. ANNEXE
14.1 "CE" CONFORMITY MARKING
CE marking certifies that products in the EFT930S range
satisfy the essential requirements of European Directive 1999/5/CE of 9 March 1999, R&TTE (radio
and telecommunications terminal equipment), for:
–
the protection of the health and the safety of the user and any other person,
–
the protection requirements with respect to electromagnetic compatibility;
and comply with the following harmonized standards:
–
EN 60950-1: Information technology equipment - safety: general requirements. December 2001,
–
EN 55022: Information technology equipment. Radio disturbance characteristics. Limits and methods
of measurement - 1998 / A1: 2000,
–
EN 55024: Information technology equipment. Immunity characteristics. Limits and methods of
measurement - 1998 / A1: 2001;
satisfy decision 98/482/EC of the European Council of 4 August 1998;
comply with the following specification:
–
CTR 21: European approval specification for attaching DTMF terminal equipment to the PSTN
(excluding acoustic terminals).
