OPERATION
PREPARING THE UNIT
Unpacking and completing the assembly should
be done on a flat and stable surface, with enough
space for moving the machine and its packaging,
always making use of suitable equipment.
Battery
WARNING
Always switch off the machine before installing or
removing the battery.
WARNING
Hold the machine and the battery firmly when in-
stalling or removing the battery. Make sure that the
battery is secured in place and do not force it.
To install the battery (Fig. 2.2), align the upper gui-
de part of the battery with the grooves on the ma-
chine's battery housing. Slide the battery all the
way in, until it secures in position emitting a "click"

sound. To remove the battery, press the battery
release knob (Fig. 2.1) and holding it in position sli-
de the battery out of its housing on the machine.
NOTE
The battery is equipped with an overload/overheat
protection system that cuts off power to the ma-
chine in case it is operated in a manner that causes
it to draw an abnormally high current and/or rise in
battery temperature. In case the protection system
is engaged, stop the application that has caused this
and turn off the machine immediately. Let the bat-
tery cool before trying to use the machine again. If
the machine still does not start, visit an authorized
service station.
Assembly for blowing
WARNING
Always switch off the machine and remove it from its
power source before below procedure.
To assembly:
1. Align the protrusions on the nozzle (Fig. 3.1)
with the grooves on the main unit, making sure
that the lug boss (Fig. 3.2) on the nozzle aligns
with the front gap (Fig. 3.3) of the main unit.
2. Insert the nozzle into the main unit.
3. Turn it anticlockwise to lock it into place.
NOTE
To disassembly, perform the above procedure in re-
verse.
Assembly for vacuuming
WARNING
Always switch off the machine and remove it from its
power source before below procedure.
To assembly:
1. Align the protrusions on the nozzle (Fig. 4.1)
with the grooves on the main unit, making sure
that the lug boss (Fig. 4.2) on the nozzle aligns
with the front gap (Fig. 4.3) of the main unit.
2. Insert the nozzle into the main unit.
3. Turn it anticlockwise to lock it into place.
4. Extend the diameter of the safety ring (Fig. 5.1)
on the bag (Fig. 5.2) with two fingers.
5. Insert the ring onto the groove (Fig. 5.3) of the
main unit.
6. Release the ring to lock it into place.
NOTE
To disassembly, perform the above procedure in re-
verse.
OPERATING THE UNIT
WARNING
For your own safety, keep the machine switch in off
position while performing any of the below adjus-
ting procedures. Machine should be turned on, only
if a specific step of the procedure states so and only
for that particular step.
Operation switch
To start the machine, pull the trigger style ope-
ration switch (Fig. 6.1). Tool speed is increased by
increasing the pressure on the switch.
To stop the tool, release the operation switch.
