Place all parts in a cleared area and remove the packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. See below a list of tools that are included with your product.   • Page 10 7. ASSEMBLY / ENSAMBLAJE / ASSEMBLER Step 1 Connect the front stabilizer (#3) to the main frame (#21) by using bolt M8*50 (#2), ɸ8 Curved washer (#47) and M8 locknut (#13). Warning: Insert the bolt M8*50(#2) into the hole in the front stabilizer (#3), with square bold head fit into the square hole. Press on the bolt head until the M8 Locknut (#13) is screwed down.
  • Page 11 Step 2 Connect the seat (#71) to the seat bracket (#67) by using the M6*15 Screw (#65) and a ɸ6 flat washer (#66) then, lock the adjustment knob (#58).   • Page 12 Step 4 Put the Sliding tube (#53) into the main frame (#21) and then assemble it by using M8*95 Bolt (#20), DO NOT TIGHTEN IT ALL THE WAY! a ɸ8 Washer (#14) and M8 Locknut (#13). Connect the Upper monitor wire (#45) to the lower monitor wire (#52) making sure not to leave the wire exposed.
  • Page 13 Step 6 Assemble the pedals (#15), Bushing (#19) and Axle for pedal (#16) to the main frame (#21) by using M8 Locknut (#13) and ɸ8 Washer (#14).   • Page 17 9. MONITOR 1. Installing the Batteries Install one AAA 1.5V battery in the battery compartment on the back of the monitor. (Note that by removing the battery every function values are reset to zero). 2. Auto On/Off When the user starts exercising, the display shows the progress values automatically. The screen will turn off when it detects idle for 256 seconds.

It is the sole responsibility of the user/owner to ensure that regular maintenance is performed. Worn or damaged components shall be replaced immediately and stop using the equipment until the repair is made.
