10. On/Off the machine
In the display of the current temperature, press on ENTER key for 3 seconds, then free hand to set the machine On/Off.
11. Some problems
The machine shorted will show [---]. The machine broken will show [E0]. The maximum range of temperature measurement
is 120 °C. Over 120 °C, the machine also shows [---] as long as the protection will cut off the power supply.

5 Maintenance

Note: Disconnect power and air before the maintenance. Replace the solvent when needed.
Cleaning
Clean the solvent filter screen (7) regularly in case of clogging.
Solvent changing
Use water outlet to get dirty solvent out from tank. Twist φ12 water suction faucet and fixed bolt off to take out the tank for
cleaning.

Symptoms
The cleaning gun only works with air,
no solvent anymore
The light does not work but the fan still

The fan does not work but the light still

The temperature controller displays

Possible causes
Cleaning switch is off
Not enough solvent
Absorption pipe is blocked
Light is broken
Fan is broken
Plug wrong connected
Not enough solvent
Heating On/Off switch is OFF
Heating tube is broken

Solutions
Turn it on
Add more solvent into the tank
Check and clean the absorption pipe
Replace the light
Pull out the waterproof plug and replace
the fan
Double check the connection
Add more solvent
Turn on the heating On/Off switch
Replace the heating tube
