2A) Timer after temperature regulation
Press "Timer" during cooking. The display shows "0:00".

With the keys "UP" and "DOWN" set the duration of cooking, up to 3 hours.

Display will show for some seconds the time set.

During cooking on the display will appear the temperature selected, and the time set.

Cooking will stop automatically when time finishes.
KEY LOCK
To lock the keypad on the control panel (4) press the key "Lock" during use. On display
the "Lock light" switches on to indicate the lock. To unlock press together the key "Lock" for 3 seconds.
SAFETY DEVICE
The unit turns off automatically if there is any pan placed on it, or it is removed, or it is made of such a
material not suitable for induction cooking.
In this case, the unit will show E0 for a while, and then goes into stand-by mode.
Every time you turn off the appliance by pressing the ON / OFF button, the fan will continue to run until
cooling down of any part of the unit. To turn off the product, always push the ON / OFF button, do not turn it
off by removing the cooking container or by unplugging the unit.

CLEANING -
Unplug the unit from the electrical power outlet and wait for the complete cooling
down of every parts before starting cleaning.
Do not immerse in water and never leave the appliance under the jet of tap water. In any case, prevent water
or other liquids to flow on the surfaces. Do not use abrasive or metal sponges for cleaning.
Clean the cooking plate with a damp sponge.

Plug on a suitable electrical power outlet.
Let the plate cool down for and remove what is overheating
the glass. Restart operation only when the plate is cool.
Let the plate cool down and check the ventilation fan is not
obstructed, refer to an Authorized Service since the
thermostat could be defective.
