ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (Fig. 1)
1) Clean installation area thoroughly.
2) Remove the transmission-side cover.
3) Loosen the converter locking nut from crankshaft.
4) Remove the complete original converter unit, belt included.
5) Before assembling any kit parts, ensure that they are not damaged
and/or faulty.
6) Pre-assemble driving blocks (4) onto driving block holder plate (3).
7) Fit the weights (2) in the mobile pulley (1).
8) Assemble block holder cap, complete with driving blocks, with
mobile pulley, complete with weights.
9) Install bushing (5) inside mobile pulley (1).
10) Before fi tting Variotop TPR GP, insert shim Ø 13.2 x 22 x 1.8 mm
(12).
11) Fit the pre-assembled converter unit onto the crankshaft.
