Only for Malaguti F12 L/C models manufactured after the year 2000
(featuring vented cap as a standard outfi t), shim (13) must be
compulsorily assembled before installing Variotop "TPR" (see Fig. 2).

Weights:
To obtain utmost performance from "TPR" Variotop, it is fundamental
that shift point is close to top speed.
To decrease engine rpm at shift point, you just need to change the
centrifugal weights with heavier ones. While if you fi t lighter centrifugal
weights, you obtain an increase in shift point rpm.
Top Performances has a wide range of centrifugal weights, which
prove essential if Variotop "TPR" cannot be perfectly calibrated with
the centrifugal weights supplied with the kit.
