OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove fan from packaging and select a firm, level surface to situate the fan on. Ensure the fan is in
the OFF position before plugging into a 120V/60Hz outlet.
This fan has a 3 position control dial located on the back of the motor housing:
0- In this position, the fan is OFF.
1- In this position, the fan is ON and operating at LOW speed.
2- In this position, the fan is ON and operating at HIGH speed.
Tilt Adjustable Head:
This fan is equipped with an adjustable tilting head. To adjust the tilt, simply loosen tilt
adjustment knob and move the fan head up or down to the desired angle. Tighten knob to hold
the fan head in that angle.
Clip Attachment:
Included with this fan is a clip which enables it to be transformed from a desk fan on a stand to a fan
which may be clamped to the edge of a desk to save work space. To transform into a clip fan:
1. Completely remove the stand from the fan head by unscrewing and removing the tilt
adjustment knob on the stand. Store the stand knob in original packaging. Do not discard.
2. On the clip, remove the tilt adjustment knob and plastic nut. Fit the bottom of the fan head
into the slotted area of the clip and align the cut-out holes.
3. Secure fan head and clip together by re-inserting the clip's tilt adjustment knob through the
cut-out holes and tightening the plastic nut to it.
CAUTION: TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL SHOCK, MATCH WIDE BLADE OF PLUG TO WIDE
SLOT, FULLY INSERT.
