CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Your HARD CANDY COTTON CANDY MAKER disassembles for easy cleaning.
1.
Make sure the unit is unplugged and has had time to cool down before cleaning.
2.
After cooling, remove the Extractor Head by firmly gripping both sides and pulling straight
up. UNLOCK bowl by turning clockwise and lifting. Wash both in warm water, rinse and dry.
3.
Use a clean, slightly damp, non-abrasive sponge or non-abrasive cloth
to wipe down the outside of the unit, along with the area around the
heating element. Wipe with a non-abrasive towel to dry.
WARNING: NEVER use as abrasive sponge, scouring pad or steel wool on this unit.
CAUTION: DO NOT clean any part of this unit in a
dishwasher. DO NOT immerse unit in water.

Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
Replacing Glo Cone Batteries
1.
Each Glo Cone operates using three Alkaline AG3/LR41 button
batteries. Approximate battery life is up to two hours.
2.
To remove the dead batteries, use a small Phillips head screwdriver to remove
the tiny screw from the compartment where the batteries are held.
3.
Remove the battery cover, and then the three button batteries.
4.
Replace the batteries with three Alkaline AG3/LR41 button batteries. Be sure to insert the
batteries with the correct polarities. The "+" side of each battery must be touching the "+"
terminal.
NOTE: NEVER mix old batteries with new batteries. Replace all batteries at the same time.
5.
Dispose of the old batteries according to your local laws and ordinances.
CAUTION: DO NOT dispose of in fire, recharge, put in backward, disassemble, mix
with used or other battery types - may explode or leak and cause personal injury.
6.
Replace the battery cover, and then insert the tiny screw in the
screw hole and tighten using a small screwdriver.
