11.Troubleshooting
[Important] Please ensure this unit has the latest firmware and software.
To ensure you are covered by the hardware warranty of this unit, please always update the
firmware (internal software) or software to the latest version provided by us.
If it is not the latest version, you may not be covered by the warranty.
* If you are connected to the Internet, this unit has a function to automatically get the latest
version. Please see [The front indicator is lit in orange.] below.
The power does not come on.
• The main power switch may have been turned off.
Please turn on the main power switch at the bottom of the back side.
The front indicator is lit in orange.
• A new version of firmware/software for this unit has been detected.
Please turn off the power supply to this unit, and then turn it on again.
This firmware/software for this unit will be updated to the latest version.
The front indicator is lit in red.
• There may not be enough space on the USB HDD for storing backup data.
Please access the backup destination (bkup folder) from a PC, and delete any
