BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Please clean the appliance completely. Put the attachments such as the cover, egg trays, measuring cup, etc. into
the water (adding the proper cleanser) and clean them. Fill the appliance with a measuring cup of water,
assemble all parts and begin to operate without eggs. When the water is boiling, discard the water. Extreme
caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot liquids.
Never immerse the base in the water for cleaning. Wipe the appearance of the base and the heating plate with
a mild and damp cloth or cleaner, never use a poisonous cleaner.
Measuring cup:
There are two sides of the marks on the measuring cup. One side of the marks is for using one layer of the egg
tray, marked with "SOFT", "MEDIUM", "HARD" and "CUSTARD"; the other side of the marks is for using two layers
of the egg trays, marked with "MEDIUM", "HARD" and "CUSTARD". Chose the correct side for reference when
using the measuring cup.
