FAULT
The unit does not cool
enough or at all. The
products are warm.
The unit sometimes
makes noise.
There is water on the
floor.
POSSIBLE REASONS
No power coming in the socket.
The unit has recently been
reloaded with warm products. It
takes 8-16 hours to cool them
down.
The unit is placed near strong air
streams or heat sources.
The unit is loaded in such a way
that the air-circulation in the
interior is getting blocked.
The air-circulation grille at the
lower front of the unit is blocked.
It is more than 6 months since the
last cleaning of the condenser.
No air is circulating in the cold
chamber.
No air is circulating in the
condenser area at all times (note:
condenser fan operates only when
compressor runs.)
Leakage on the cooling system.
There is dirt blocking the inlet of
the evaporator.
For open front units, a powerful
mechanism is needed and
consequently the unit will produce
a certain amount of noise.
Intense metallic noise.
The drainage hose for condensate
water is out of the tray.
There is a leakage in the tray.
Excessive humid environment.
HANDLING
Check for fuse / MCB on the
mains.
Preferably, reload the unit before
night closing.
Relocate the unit according to
the instructions.
Remove any products that are
placed on the suction grill next to
the front glass.
Remove any items blocking the
grille.
Clean the condenser (This
operation should be performed
by a qualified technician).
Possible fan motor failure.
Replace motor (This type of
repair should be performed by a
qualified technician).
Possible fan motor failure.
