USE

Please Note!
■
Inspect the device for damage each
time before you use it. Only use it if it
is undamaged and has been correctly
assembled!
■
Only connect the device to a plug
socket that is properly installed. The
plug socket must also be readily
accessible after connection so that
the connection to the mains can
quickly be isolated. The mains voltage
must match the technical data of the
device.
■
Do not move the device during use.
Always remove the mains plug from
the plug socket and allow the motor
to come to a complete standstill be-
fore transporting the device.
■
Do not overfill the mixing bowl (max.
5.1 l). This might result in the device
overheating or damage to the motor.
■
Never switch on the device if the tilt-
ing mixer head has not been flipped
down!
■
Do not flip up the tilting mixer head
while the device is in operation.
■
The device is not suitable for constant
operation. Operate the device for no
more than 10 minutes without inter-
ruption to prevent the motor from
overheating. Then allow the device to
cool down for a few minutes before it
is switched on again.
The device automatically switches off
after 30 minutes.

The device is equipped with
overload protection; the device
switches off if it is overloaded. In

ready to be used again.
1. Place the ingredients you want into
the mixing bowl (8).
2. Attach the mixing bowl and the insert
you want (11, 12, 13) and the splash
guard (10) to the device and flip down
the mixer arm (1) (see the "Inserting /
Removing Accessories" chapter).
3. Make sure that the rotary switch for
adjusting the speed settings (4) is in
the OFF position before the device
is connected to the mains power in
order not to switch the device on
accidentally.
4. Plug the mains plug into a plug sock-
et. The device is in stand-by mode.
5. Switch on the device and set a
suitable speed setting using the
rotary switch for adjusting the speed
settings:

To activate pulse mode, the rotary
switch must be held in the P po-
sition for the length of time you
want.
The insert which is used moves in a
circular motion in the mixing bowl and
rotates around its own axis (known as
a planetary mixer). The LED ring (5)
is lit up constantly while the device is
switched on.
