Always pull the mains plug and never
the mains cable to disconnect the
device from the mains power.
Do not carry or pull the device by the
connecting cable.
Protect the device from heat, flames,
direct sunlight, extreme temperatures,
moisture and collisions.
Store the device in a dry place at tem-
peratures of between 0 and 40°C out
of the reach of children and animals.
Do not lay or place any heavy objects
on the device or the connecting
cable.

BEFORE INITIAL USE

There may still be some production resi-
dues on the accessories. To avoid harmful
effects to your health, clean all accesso-
ries thoroughly before you first use them
(see "Cleaning and Storage").

SETTING UP THE DEVICE

Please Note!
Never place the motor unit on a soft
surface. The ventilation openings on
the bottom of the motor unit must
not be covered. There is a danger of
damage from insufficient cooling.
Lay the connecting cable in such a
way that it does not present a trip
hazard. The connecting cable may
not hang down from the surface on
which the device is placed in order to
prevent the device from being pulled
down.
Lay the connecting cable in such
a way that it does not become
squashed or bent and does not come
into contact with hot surfaces.
1. Fully unwind the connecting cable.

2. Place the motor unit on a kitchen unit
or another dry, flat and stable surface.
Press the suction cups (6) on firmly.
Be aware that there must be sufficient
clear space above to allow the mixer
head (1) to be flipped up.

ACCESSORIES

Inserts
The stirring attachment (11) is suitable
for mixing and stirring medium foodstuffs
or liquids, for example sponge mixtures,
pancake mixture.
The dough hook (12) is suitable for
stirring and kneading heavy doughs, for
example bread and yeast doughs.
The whisk (13) is suitable for mixing and
whisking light foodstuffs or liquids, for
example eggs, egg white, cream.
Mixing Bowl
The mixing bowl (8) is used for receiving
the food during the preparation of cake
mixtures and bread doughs, for example,
and for mixing together liquids such as
eggs and whipped cream.
