7. Position the single-hole end of the center front axle brace (#10) on the bottom
bar of the front axle support (the center front axle brace should be angled up
towards the bottom shelf). Attach the two-hole end to the bottom shelf with
M8 x 18 steering bolts (#20), 8 mm washers (#21) and 8 mm lock nuts (#22).
8. Position the center support onto the center hole of the Front axle support
on top of the yoke, then over the center hole of the front axle support on
top of the center front axle brace. Secure with yoke washer (#25) and lock
pin (#26).
9. Align the holes in the center support, the center front axle brace, the yoke
and front axle support (in this order) and secure with M8 x 25 mm steering
bolt, 8 mm washer and 8 mm lock nut.
IMPORTANT! Tighten all steering assembly bolts snugly do not over
tighten. Give each bolt a half-turn to allow for smooth steering operation.
Wheel Assembly
10. Turn the bottom shelf upright and slide 4 wheels (#3) onto the extended
threaded ends of the axle support, secure wheels with large washers (#14) and
cap nut (#15). Tighten cap nut clockwise until wheels are secure.
Handle Assembly
11. Attach the plastic handle coupler (#12) to the end of the pull handle (#13) by
inserting the end of the pull handle into the hole of the coupler. Be sure to align
holes on the inside of the pull handle and the outside of the plastic coupler.
Join the end of the yoke by aligning holes then inserting the M8 x 60 pull
handle bolt (#23) into the yoke, through the coupler and out of the other side
of the yoke. Secure the washer (#21) and lock nut (#22).
Top Shelf Assembly
12. Attach the shelf braces (#4) to the outside of the bottom shelf by inserting four
M6 x 15 steering bolts (#16) and M6 washers (#17) through the holes located
on the four shelf braces. Insert M6 lock washers (#18) to the bottom shelf and
secure with M6 nuts (#16). To attach the top shelf (#2) insert four M6 x 15
steering bolts (#16) and washer (#17)through the holes located on the top of
the shelf braces then into the holes located on the top shelf. Insert M6 lock
washers and M6 washers onto the bolts, then secure with lock nuts (#19).
