UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the device if any part is missing. Replace the
missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a malfunction
and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#1) refer to the included Parts List.
Rear Support Assembly
1.
Turn the bottom shelf (#1) upside-down.
2.
Attach the rear axle support (#5) to the rear of the bottom shelf by using
two M8 x 18 steering bolts (#20), two 8 mm washers (#21) and two 8 mm
lock nuts (#22).
3.
Insert the left and right rear axle braces (#6 and 7) onto the extended
threaded poles on the Rear Axle Support and attach the left and right rear
axle braces by using four M8 x 18 steering bolts (#20), four 8 mm washers
(#21) and four 8 mm lock nuts (#22). Tighten all nuts securely.
Front Support Assembly

Attach the front axle support (#8) to the bottom shelf, being sure that the
threaded axle pieces face outward and the axle guides face the back of the cart.

Attach the steering link connector (#9) to the front axle support by
threading M8 x 18 steering bolts through the top of the steering link
connector (#9) and the front axle support. Secure at the bottom with an
8 mm washer (#21) and 8 mm lock nut (#22). Do not overtighten. Give
each bolt a half-turn to allow for smooth steering operation.
6.
Place the short side of the yoke (#11) onto the center hole of the front axle
support. Place the long side of the yoke on the front axle support and on
top of the steering link connector. Secure the last hole on the long end of
the yoke to the steering link connector with M8 x 18 steering bolts (#20),
8 mm washers (#21) and 8 mm lock nuts (#22).
