BEEPER thanks you for your purchase and invites you, before using your Motorized Personal Mobility Device (EDPM), to
read the precautions for use and safety instructions. The use of your product is subject to the legislation in force in your
country. Please inquire with the relevant authorities. Any recommendation (or absence of recommendation) of this manual
could in no way be assimilated to a transposition of the legislation in force.
IXIT Beeper disclaims all liability in the event of bodily injury and material damage attributable to use of the product that
does not comply with the instructions for use.

• Refer to qualified personnel for any repairs
• Use of your product is prohibited for children under 12 years of age.
• Your product is not suitable for use by pregnant women and children under 16 years of age.
• This product can be used by children from the age of 12 under the supervision of an adult, and by people with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capacities or a lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are properly supervised
or that they have received prior instructions from a person responsible for their safety relating to the use of the device in
complete safety and that the risks incurred are apprehended.
• Children should not play with the product.
• Regularly check that your scooter is in good condition, read the manual carefully and make sure you have understood all
the information on the product before using it.
• Cleaning and maintenance of your product by the user must not be carried out by children.
• Before each use, check the general condition of your product (condition of the tire, battery, lights, etc.)
• Your product contains parts subject to heating, such as the wheels. It is forbidden to touch these elements less than one
hour after using your product.
• It is strongly recommended to wear adequate protection when using your product to avoid any bodily injury in the event
of a fall: shoes, helmet, gloves, knee pads, elbow pads.
• Check that all the equipment of your product is functional.
• Do not use your product in crowded places the first time you use it. A period of adaptation is necessary to master the
product.
• Use on public roads is regulated. You must take the cycle paths first. In the absence of these, you can drive exclusively
on roads limited to 50 km/h. Outside built-up areas, you can only ride on greenways and cycle paths.
• On sidewalks, pedestrian zones, buildings or any other place dedicated to pedestrians, you must move around with your
product in your hand.
