Cheese leftover may be preserved in the cheese container and then put into refrigerator.
5. After use, remove the power unit/battery and place it in the Charging stand fro recharging
(see chapter "Battery Recharge").
6. Remove the cheese presser from the cheese container.
7. To protect blade form being damaged, place the sponge in the blades-holder base (G) and
then fit it to the main housing (4) as indicated in above picture.
8. Place the lid (7) on the cheese container and then store it in refrigerator.
WARNING: Always remove the power unit/battery before storing the cheese
container in refrigerator.
WARNING: When taking the cheese container of the refrigerator, wait for 15~30
minutes till it reaches room temperature before fitting power unit/battery.
WARNING: Do not immerse power unit/battery in water or other liquids
It is recommended to clean the item after each use if no cheese is more contained in the cheese
container. Stainless steel main housing (4), the cheese container (3) and the food presser (2) can
be washed under warm running water by using the cleaning brush (8) to clean also the hard-to–
reach areas and the blades.
The power unit/battery (1) and the recharging kit (6) must not enter in contact with water; they
must be cleaned only by using a soft damp cloth. DO not use abrasives or any harsh cleaning
solutions.
WARNING: Let all components dry thoroughly before reassembling them.
Note:
stainless steel housing (4), cheese container (3) and cheese presser (2) may also be
washed in the dishwasher, but must be placed only on top shelf.
