Mister G
is designed to be used at the table to grate directly over pizza or pasta dishes such as
lasagne, spaghetti, salads, soups or roast dishes or to slice flakes of chocolate directly over the
cakes and your favourite desserts.
1. Remove blades-holder base (5) from the main housing (4).
2. Assemble the desired blade (see chapter "Choosing the blades") to the main housing and then
assemble the appliance (see relative chapter).
3. Hold firmly the main unit (4) with one hand over the dish and with the other hand press the
operating cap (A) downwards as indicated in the pictures K.
4. Keep pushing down the operating cap in order to press the cheese inside the container.
5. The grated cheese will start falling in the dish.
6. Release the cap to interrupt operating of the grater.
Notes:
When pushing down the operating cup, make sure to keep holding it firmly.
Semi-hard cheese should be kept in freezer for some minutes before grating it, whereas hard
cheese may be kept in room temperature. It is not recommended to grate soft cheese, as it
may clog up the unit.
In case no cheese is grated even if you press the operating cap, the food chambers may have
been stuffed to tightly. Do not exceed the max. grating capacity of 70 grams and do not insert
too big pieces of cheese inside the container.
Sometimes the power unit may emit strange sound when mature cheese is grated: this is
normal and usually occurs when the power unit is operating under strain. In this case it is
recommended to operate the item intermittently.
If the battery is discharged, the operating speed of the electric grater will slow down. For this
reason it is recommended to charge the battery after each use to always ensure an efficacious
operating of the grater.
To slice the cheese, it's important to insert big pieces of cheese inside the container.
