Press <MEM>to enter SDA hour select mode, press again to set the hour.

Press <Timer> to ignore the year

Press <Mode> once the current setting is confirmed and switches to Setting update mode

In case of ignore the year the SDA will be active ever year at same date
2.4 Setting update mode

Press <Mode> once in SDA setting mode.

Press <Down> turn off update function , RDS automatic update function will be shut off and
"RDS" mark disappear.

Press <UP> turn on update function, RDS automatic update function becomes active and the
"RDS" mark appear.

Press <Mode> once to confirm the current setting and it switches to Set dimmer
