Quick connects not locked together
Poor grip connections

Solution
Check quick connects
Check grip connections
Load test/replace battery
Clean/tighten battery connections
Check grip connection
Check or change outlet
Check continuity of plug pins/replace plug
See figure of unit to check wiring connections
Short across studs on gauge to see if charger comes
on - replace gauge
Replace charger
