Problem
The vacuum cleaner does not start
The vacuum cleaner does not vacuum
correctly
The vacuum cleaner suddenly stops
Dust leaks from the vacuum cleaner

The machine starts but there is no
vacuuming action from the inlet

Troubleshooting

Cause
Lack of power supply
Clogged filters
Clogged vacuum hose
Circuit breaker activation
Filters are broken
Inadequate filter
Non existent or inefficient grounding
Possible machine start-up with
inverted phases (closed clapet valve)
Check for power at the socket.
Check the condition of the socket and
the cable.
If necessary, ask for assistance to
be performed by a manufacturer's
technician.
Check the filter cleaning operation or
replace the filters.
Check the compressor functionality
(see the relative manual).
Make sure that the compressed air
nozzles are aligned with the cartridges.
Check the vacuum hose and clean it.
Check the circuit breaker adjustment.
Check the motor electrical input.
Empty the container.
If necessary, ask for assistance to
be performed by a manufacturer's
technician.
Replace them with others of identical
type.
Replace it with another of a suitable
category and check.
Check all ground connections. In
particular on the vacuum inlet fitting;
replace the hose with an antistatic
hose.
Stop the machine and invert the two
phases on the power plug.
Once the operations are completed
restart the machin
