I. Assembling the floor:
Refer to assembly instructions for NM06q (Ref.: 6580A & 6595A) or for NM257 (Ref.: 6585 & 6587).
II. Assembling the Impact-absorbing Foam Area :
Refer to assembly instructions for NM253 (Ref.: 6542A & 6572A) or for NM258 (Ref.: 6588).
III. Assembling the Overlay Carpet (a minimum of two people are needed):
Note: Retain the four cardboard core tubes for any future storage or moving of the carpet (without a reroller).
Important: In order to achieve an identical color shade between the four widths (the same pile direction), simply place the four rolls side
by side observing the order of the numbers and the direction of the arrows (marked on the packaging), as shown in the diagram below.
1 - Unroll the four widths of carpet with the right side over the foam, at right angles to the foam tracks, placing the two wider ones towards
the outside. Start by placing one of the two large rolls on one side of the foam (large red edge towards the outside):
- 14 x 14 m exercise floors (Ref.: 6570F, 6575 and 6577): 4 m wide side widths (1) and (4) (see Fig. 1 & Fig. 2).
- 13.20 x 13.20 m exercise floor (Ref.: 6565G): 3.60 m wide side widths (1') and (4') (see Fig. 4 & Fig. 5).
2 - Repeat this step for the second large roll, then unroll the central widths (2) and (3) or (2') and (3') in the middle of the other two.
3 - Position the first side width relative to the foam area, aligning it with the initial marking (14 x 14 m or 13.20 x 13.20 m):
- 14 x 14 m exercise floor with mounts (Ref.: 6570F): the complete carpet protrudes by 25 cm all around the foam (see Fig. 1 & Fig. 2).
- 14 x 14 m exercise floors with springs (Ref.: 6575 & 6577): the complete carpet does not protrude from the foam (see Fig. 1 & Fig. 3).
- 13.20 x 13.20 m exercise floor (Ref.: 6565G): the complete carpet protrudes by 30 cm all around the foam (see Fig. 4 & Fig. 5).
4 - Perfectly adjust the four widths edge to edge (see Fig. 6). In order to shift a width, all it requires is to have one person at each end
of the width and to lift it alternately in order to force air in waves under the width. Readjust its position by pulling in the desired direction.
