CLEANING AND CARE
Note: Before cleaning, remove the plug from the socket and allow the toaster to cool
completely.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. Wipe the outside with a clean, damp cloth
and polish with a soft, dry cloth. Apply detergent only to the cloth, not directly to the
toaster.
• To remove crumbs, pull out the crumb tray and discard the crumbs. Clean and
reinsert the crumb tray. Never use the toaster without the crumb tray.
• To remove the bread left in the toaster, turn the toaster upside down and shake it
gently. Never insert hard or sharp objects into the slots as they could damage the
toaster.
• Never wrap the power cord around the outside of the toaster, only around the
cable rewind at the bottom of the toaster.
