HOW TO OPERATE

Before you begin, decide how you would like to use your LAZY SUSAN
BUFFET and follow the usage directions under that section.
4-STATION BUFFET SERVER
1.
Assemble all layers of the unit as shown under PARTS & ASSEMBLY, and place on a
flat, level surface. Connect the appropriate ends of the Power Cord to the AC Input
and a nearby electrical outlet, then flip the Power Switch to the ON (-) position.
2.
Allow 15-20 minutes for the unit to reach maximum temperature.
NOTE: If desired, after 20 minutes of the charging, the unit can be
unplugged from the electrical outlet - making it cordless.
3.
Place desired food into each one of the Buffet Trays, then place the lids onto each tray.
NOTE: Never place the Lids or any non-heat proof items directly onto the hot
surface of the Serving Pan or Warming Tray, or you risk deforming the Lids.
4.
The trays can keep foods hot for a long period of time, but it is not recommended
to exceed 3 to 4 hours. After that point, the foods begin to dry out and/or the
flavor begins to change. When unplugged, the Buffet Trays will continue to give
off heat for approximately 60 minutes before needing to be plugged in again.
5.
Do not leave food in Buffet Trays. Remove food and liquid
for easy clean up and preparation for next use.
6.
When done using, flip the Power Switch to the OFF (O) position.
7.
Allow the unit to cool before removing parts for cleaning.
