Commissioning
The mains protector is operational as soon as it is connected
to the mains. Ready status is displayed when the green opera-
tion check light illuminates.
Function test
Briefly press the test key (3).
If the device does not switch off the consumers here,
the device is defective and must be replaced.
Maintenance
Clean the device and the ventilation slits with a dry and fluff-
free cloth.
Carry out the function test once a month or after a short
circuit has occurred or is suspected.
Disposal
The device must be disposed of in line with the administrative
regulations of the respective land in which it is used.
National regulations and laws (in Germany, for example,
the Altfahrzeug-Verordnung [old vehicle directive]) must be
observed.
