Useful Hints
• The appliance is equipped with a safety lock that prevents the mini-chopper from
switching on when the lid is not fitted properly.
• he appliance is not designed to chop hard ingredients such as coffee beans, ice cubes or
frozen foods.
• Always insert the blade attachment before adding the ingredients.
• Wet ingredients can easily liquefy if they are processed too long.
• If necessary, wet ingredients can be pushed back to the centre of the receptacle with a
spoon. Never use your fingers!
• Uniform results can be achieved by adding same sized pieces of food.
• If the ingredients are to be pureed, they must be cooked beforehand.
• Do not overfill the receptacle. Pay attention to the MAX symbol on the receptacle
• Do not operate the mini-chopper if the receptacle is empty.

Cleaning the motor unit
• If required, wipe the casing with a damp cloth. Never use
abrasive cleaning agents or washcloths with a rough
surface.
Cleaning the receptacle, lid and sprinkle attachment
• Clean the receptacle, lid and sprinkle attachment using
warm soapy water.
• Leave the parts to dry before reassembling the appliance.
Residue moisture could cause mould build up.
Processing strong coloured foods, such as carrots, will
discolour the plastic parts. Cleaning the mini-chopper
immediately after use will largely prevent discolouration.
Hard, rough ingredients might cause the receptacle to
acquire a dull-finish after a while. This is to be expected
and has no effect on how the mini-chopper works.
