Choosing the correct size is extremely important to obtain
maximum protection and comfort.
Determine your size:
try on several different sizes (Fig. 1), a correct fit feels slightly
small and adheres well but should not cause localized
pressure points.
Wear the helmet for a few minutes, now carefully try to twist
the helmet a bit (Fig. 2), the skin on your forehead should
move together with the helmet. At this point, while still wearing
the helmet, try to open and close your mouth, your teeth
should slide along the inside of your cheeks without biting
