My Lap
To start a Lap workout, select Settings > Exercise > Running,
Cycling, or Others > My Lap > Distance or Location and press
. Then set the training target and press
OK
Mark Lap
Start an activity first by pressing
mark lap. When using Lap, the Lap screen will be displayed while
you are doing exercise or training.
View Exercise/Training Info
To view the activities:
1. In Menu, press

History > View and press
confirm.
