The unit is not a toy.
•
Do not use the thermometer in the microwave.
•
Make sure to use heat-resistant hand protection, the temperature
sensors take on the ambient heat.
•
Be careful when handling the measuring probe of thermometer. The
probe is very spikey.
•
Keep this measuring probe clean at all times as it comes into direct
contact with food.
•
Do not immerse the unit in liquids and do not allow water to enter the
key pad and display. Do not use the key pad with wet hands.
•
Do not expose the unit to strong vibrations or high levels of humidity and
avoid strong mechanical stresses.
•
Always store the unit in a dry place.
•
Do not disassemble, burn, or short-circuit batteries and do not attempt
to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Do not mix rechargeable
batteries and non-rechargeable batteries and use only batteries of the
same type.
•
If you do not use the unit for a long period of time, remove the batteries.
•
Should the unit become damaged, do not use it and have it repaired by a
professional or contact our customer support department. Do not
disassemble the unit or try repairing it yourself.
Batteries do not belong in the household
garbage.
