Mounting Options Three Port Valve The Model GVA-24 Actuator may be mounted to the valve in four different positions (see below). Depending on the location of the common port (where water enters valve) and exit port (where wa- ter leaves valve), the cam settings may have to be changed. See diagrams/tables on the following pages to determine which configuration matches your system. - Page 4 12 o'clock Two Port Valve The Model GVA-24 Actuator may be mounted to the valve in four different positions. In all cases, the cam settings are the same. Refer to the chart below for cam settings for 2 way valves.
- Page 5 Before performing this procedure, turn off Locking Knob pool filtration just in case power resumes. Follow the instructions below for manual override of the GVA-24 actuator. Put the toggle switch in the OFF (center) position. Unscrew the Locking Knob above the handle approximately 4 full turns (see below).

Put the toggle switch back in the ON1 or ON2 position. Maintenance The GVA-24 has two seals which should be lubricated every year. These O-ring seals are located at the top and bottom of the actuator, where the shaft exits the actuator housing. The top O-ring requires the removal of the handle, and the bottom requires that the gear train is disengaged. -

Introduction Description L’actionneur de vanne GVA-24 de Hayward assure la rotation automatique de vannes à deux et à trois voies. Utilisez-le avec le système Pro/Aqua Logic ou le système de commande GL-235 Solar pour automatiser le fonctionnement de la piscine ou du spa, le chauffage solaire, le fonctionnement du nettoyeur, les aménage- ments aquatiques ou toute autre utilisation. - Page 12 12 o'clock Vanne à deux voies L’actionneur modèle GVA-24 peut être installé sur la vanne dans quatre positions différentes. Entretien Le GVA-24 est doté de deux joints d’étanchéité qui doivent être lubrifiés chaque année. Ces joints toriques sont situés dans le haut et dans le bas de l’actionneur, là où l’arbre sort du boîtier de l’actionneur. Pour lubrifier le joint torique du haut, il est nécessaire de retirer la poignée, alors que pour lubrifier le joint torique du bas, il est nécessaire de désengager le train d’engrenages. -

à être utilisés sur des piscines commerciales aux États-Unis et au Canada sont couvertes pendant une période d’un an pour les défauts de matériaux et de fabrication. Hayward garantit tous les accessoires et les pièces de rechange pour les produits d’automatisation et de chloration de piscines mentionnés ci-dessus pour une période d’un an.
