Assembly

NOTICE! Risk of injury! Only use
unpainted steel piping with a diameter of 48
mm and a wall thickness of at least 4 mm as
the securing pipe (16).
The securing pipe (16) itself must be verti-
cal and well anchored.

Note: For all carrying screws (4, 13) always
use spring washers and washers.
– Screw connect the upper support, front (10) with
the upper support, back (10) using two hexago-
nal screws M12X60 (13) as shown to the secur-
ing pipe (16).
– Maintain the support distance of 450 mm as
shown in the diagram.
– Screw connect the lower support, front (9) with
the two lower supports, back (11) using four
hexagonal screws M12X60 (13) as shown to the
securing pipe (16).
– Insert the support pipe (12) into the lower sup-
port, front and secure as shown using bolts (14).
– Insert the extension (17) until the drilled
holes (15) line up.
– Screw the braces (5) as shown using the hexag-
onal screw M12X70 (4) to the support pipe (12)
and secure to the upper support, front (10) using
bolts.

– Secure both bolts (6,14) by screwing in hexago-
nal screws M6X12 (7) in the upper support or
lower support, front to prevent from sliding up.
– Mount the electrical lifting block correctly with
rubber bearing (3) for a swivel arm length of
1,100 mm and without for a swivel arm length of
750 mm.
– Screw the hexagonal screw M8X55 (2) accord-
ing to the diagram into the extension (17).
– Insert the pipe stopper (1).

Using for the first time

– Before use, carry out two up and down tests and
swivel by 90° each way.

Cleaning and maintenance

– Regularly clean the bolts (8, 14) and grease.
– Before each use, check to ensure that all screws
are secure and none of the supports are
cracked.
