INTENDED USE
This aligning tool is suitable for clutch discs with hub diameters 15 to 28 mm and allows accurate centering
of the clutch disc. The centering takes place on the friction surface of the clutch pressure plate.

• Always be careful when working on hot engines – RISK OF BURN!

Always consult specific service literature for repair, adjustments and check-ups. This way you
can avoid false diagnoses and wrong assemblies or adjustments that may harm your vehicle or
its components .
• Any repair should be carried out by qualified personnel !

USE
1. Choose the appropriate expansion sleeve (4) and push it over the expansion bolt (5) (Fig. 1).
2. Push the expansion bolt (5) through the center hole in the main part (2) and turn the expansion nut (1)
several threads onto the expansion bolt thread.
3. Place the clutch pressure plate (A) on the clutch disc (B) and guide the centering tool through the
pressure plate from the front until the expansion sleeve (4) is completely fixed in the hub of the clutch
disc (Fig. 2).
4. Spread the expansion sleeve (4) with the expansion nut (1) until the tool is firmly fixed in the hub of
the clutch disc.
5. Align the clutch disc (A) with the friction surface of the pressure plate (B) and fix the clutch disc by
turning the locking nut (3) against the diaphragm spring.
6. Mount the clutch pressure plate with clutch disc on the flywheel.
7. Loosen the locking nut (3) counterclockwise and remove the centering tool.
