CENTRALINA COMANDO
INTRODUZIONE
La centralina comando CE.2 risponde alle normative:
- BASSA TENSIONE
- COMPATIBILITÀ' ELETTROMAGNETICA
la prima garantisce un adeguato livello di sicurezza
elettrica per l'utente, la seconda ha lo scopo di limitare i
disturbi elettromagnetici emessi dall'apparecchiatura e
di permetterne il funzionamento in presenza di eventi
elettromagnetici.
Tutto questo unito a nuove funzioni ed interessanti
accorgimenti ne fanno un prodotto sicuro e versatile.
INSTALLAZIONE
Elenchiamo una serie di consigli utili per l'installazione
della centralina.
1. Preferire un luogo:
- possibilmente riparato dagli agenti atmosferici,
- lontano da fonti di calore,
- non soggetto ad allagamento.
2. Evitare il fissaggio a macchine o telai con eccessive
vibrazioni.

3. Fissare il contenitore in posizione verticale (fig 1).
4. Al termine dell'installazione il contenitore deve
mantenere l'iniziale grado di protezione IP56.
L'INSTALLAZIONE DELL'APPARECCHIATURA
DEVE ESSERE EFFETTUATA A "REGOLA D'ARTE"
DA PERSONALE AVENTE I REQUISITI RICHIESTI
DALLE LEGGI VIGENTI.
COLLEGAMENTI
ELETTRICI
Nel caso di impianti già esistenti e opportuno un controllo
generale dello stato dei conduttori (sezione, isolamento,
contatti) e delle apparecchiature ausiliarie (fotocellule,
riceventi, pulsantiere, selettori chiave, ecc.).
Consigli per un corretto impianto:
1. Le condutture entranti nella centralina devono
essere installate mantenendo possibilmente
invariato l'iniziale grado di protezione IP56.
2. La sezione dei cavi deve essere calcolata in base
alla loro lunghezza e corrente assorbita.
3. Non usare un cavo unico del tipo "multi-polo" per
tutti i collegamenti (linea, motori, comandi, ecc.) o in
comune con altre apparecchiature.
4. Dividere l'impianto in almeno due cavi es:
cavo (A) sezione minima conduttori 2.5 mmq
-linea alimentazione - linee motori -
-linea lampeggiante / luce cortesia

-elettroserratura;
cavo (B) sezione minima conduttori 0.75 mmq
-alimentazione ausiliari
-comandi - contatti sicurezza.
5. Quando i circuiti comando presentano tratte molto
lunghe (oltre i 50 metri) è consigliabile il
disaccoppiamento con relè montati vicino alla
centralina.
6. Tutti gli ingressi N.C. (fotocellule, finecorsa, costa-
fissa e stop) che nella centralina non vengono
utilizzati devono essere cortocicuitati con il comune.
7. Tutti i contatti N.C. abbinati ad uno stesso ingresso
devono essere collegati in serie.
8. Tutti i contatti N.A. abbinati ad uno stesso ingresso
devono essere collegati in parallelo.
9. RISPETTARE LE POLARITA'
10.Eseguire i collegamenti con l'aiuto della serigrafia
presente sul circuito stampato.

INTRODUCTION
The CE.2 control unit complies with the following norms:
- LOW VOLTAGE
- ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
the first guarantees an adequate level of electrical
safety for the user while the second limits the
electromagnetic interference produced by the unit so it
can be used in the presence of electromagnetic events.
All this, together with new functions and interesting
devices, adds up to a safe and flexible product.
INSTALLATION
Below is a list of useful suggestions for installing the
unit.
1. If possible choose a place that is:
-sheltered from the weather,
-a long way from sources of heat,
-nowhere that could be flooded.
2. Do not fix it to machines or structures subject to
excessive vibrations.
3. Fasten the plastic box in a vertical position (Fig. 1).
4. Once installed, the container must maintain its initial
IP56 protection level.
THE UNIT MUST BE "EXPERTLY" INSTALLED BY
QUALIFIED PERSONS AS REQUIRED BY CURRENT
LAWS.
WIRING
In the case of existing plants it would be advisable to
check the condition of the wires (cross section,
insulation, contacts) and of the auxiliary equipment
(photoelectric cells, receivers, push button panels, key
selectors, etc.).
Recommendations for a correctly wired system:
1. Wires going into the unit must be connected
possibly maintaining the initial IP56 protection level.
2. Cable cross section must be calculated on the
basis of their length and current absorbed.
3. Do not use just one "multicore" cable for all the
connections (line, motors, controls, etc.) or in
common with other equipment.
4. Use at least two cables for the installation, e.g.:
cable A with a minimum wire cross section of 2.5mm
- supply line - motors line -
- flash/delay light line
- electric lock;
cable B with a minimum wire cross section of 0.75mm
- auxiliary supply circuits
- controls - safety contacts.
5. If there are very long sections of the control circuits
(exceeding 50 m) de-coupling is recommended with
relays installed near the unit.
6. All N.C. inputs (photoelectric cells, limit switches,
permanent edge and stop) that are not used in the
unit must be short circuited with the common.
7. All the N.C. contacts coupled to the same input
must be connected in series.
8. All the N.O. contacts coupled to the same input
must be connected in parallel.
9. PAY ATTENTION TO POLARITY .
10.Connect with the aid of the serigraphy on the
printed circuit.

INTRODUCTION
La centrale de commande CE.2 correspond aux
prescriptions des normes:
- BASSE TENSION
- COMPATIBILITÉ ÉLECTROMAGNÉTIQUE
La première garantit un niveau de sécurité électrique
approprié pour l'usager, la seconde a pour but de limiter
les parasites électromagnétiques émis par l'appareil et
d'en permettre le fonctionnement en présence
d'événements électromagnétiques.
INSTALLATION
Voici quelques conseils utiles pour l'installation de la
centrale.
1. Préférer un endroit:
- si possible à l'abri des agents atmosphériques,
- loin des sources de chaleur,
- non sujet à inondation.
2. Eviter la fixation sur des machines ou des châssis
soumis à des vibrations excessives.
3. Fixer le coffret en position verticale (fig. 1).
4. A la fin de l'installation, le coffret doit conserver
l'indice de protection IP56 initial.

BRANCHEMENTS
ÉLECTRIQUES
Dans le cas d'installations préexistantes, il est opportun
de contrôler l'état des conducteurs (section, isolement,
contacts) et des appareils auxiliaires (photocellules,
récepteurs, tableaux de commande, sélecteurs à clé
etc.).
Conseils pour une installation correcte:
1. Les canalisations entrant dans la centrale doivent
être installées sans compromettre si possible
l'indice de protection IP56.
2. La section des câbles doit être calculée en fonction
de leur longueur et du courant absorbé.
3. Ne pas utiliser un câble unique de type
multipolaire pour tous les branchements
(ligne secteur, moteurs, commandes etc.) ou en
commun avec d'autres appareils.

4. Diviser l'installation en au moins deux câbles, par
ex.:
câble (A) section minimum conducteurs 2,5 mm²
- ligne alimentation - lignes moteurs -
- ligne clignotant / éclairage de fonctionnement

- serrure électrique;
câble (B) section minimum conducteurs 0,75 mm²
- alimentation auxiliaires.
- commandes - contacts sécurité.
5. Quand les circuits de commande présentent de très
longs parcours (plus de 50 mètres), il est conseillé
d'effectuer un découplage avec des relais montés à
proximité de la centrale.
6.Toutes les entrées N.C. (photocellules,
microinterrupteurs de fin de course, barre palpeuse
fixe et stop) qui ne sont pas utilisées dans la
centrale doivent être shuntées avec la borne
commune.
7. Tous les contacts N.C. associés à une même
entrée doivent être connectés en série.
8. Tous les contacts N.O. associés à une même
entrée doivent être connectés en parallèle.
9. RESPECTER LES POLARITÉS'
10.Effectuer les connexions à l'aide de la sérigraphie
présente sur le circuit imprimé.
