(EN) INTERIOR FILTER
Directions for use
- Place the pump in the aquarium,
ensuring that it is completely immersed
in the water.
- Hang the ventilation tube out of the
aquarium above water level, so that it is
free to draw in fresh air.
- Place the pump in a suitable spot where
the water is able to circulate freely.
- Clean the pump regularly to avoid
compromising its effectiveness and
efficiency.
- The outflow of air will cease if water
intake is impaired, which can be caused
by a dirty filter. Make sure it is cleaned
properly.
- Clean the rotor at least once a month. It
is fitted inside the pump housing. Hold
the pump-house securely and twist
the pump cap open. Remove the pump
cap from its housing. When removing
the rotor, be sure not to lose the plastic
bearings. These are located on the
upper and lower sides of the rotor and
ensure that the pump will operate
silently and efficiently. Clean the rotor
in fresh water, and clean the rotor
housing with cotton-wool or a similar
material, in order to collect all particles
of mud and sludge. Then reinstall all
parts.

result in overheating and will damage
the pump.
- When replacing the water, always
switch the pump off beforehand, so that
it can cool down.
- Before doing any work in the aquarium,
always switch all electrical fixtures and
appliances off first.
- If the pump becomes noisy replace the
rotor, since it is worn out.
- If the lead is defective, the appliance
must be removed.
- If the product will be used by children or
people with certain physical handicaps,
they must be under the supervision of a
responsible adult.
