4.4 REFLECTOR AND LIGHTING SYSTEMS
The refle tor system includes a refle tor on the rim, front and rear, backpack, helmet as well as a refle tive patch for your clothing.
The lighting system is the front and rear lamp, which is battery- or self-power generated. These lights provide better visibility at
night, so that pedestrians and other vehicles on the roads can see you. Please abide by local laws and standards for use of refle tors
and lights.
4.5 SAFETY HEIGHT LINES
4.5.1 SAFETY HEIGHT LINE OF THE STEM
The stem can be properly adjusted depending on personal riding preference, but the safety line cannot be exposed;
improper use can result in serious injury.
Adjustment method:
1. Loosen the screw in the middle of the stem.
2. Move the stem to a certain height, ensuring the safety line is not visible.
3. Re-tighten the screw.
4.5.2 SADDLE POSITION
The saddle is correctly positioned if you can fully extend your leg when your heel is on the pedal at its lowest position; if you can only
touch the pedal with your toes or your legs cannot bend slightly, the height of the saddle post should be adjusted to avoid fatigue
or injury.
The saddle post has a max position line, which is the safety height mark that cannot be exposed. Improper use can cause serious injury.
Saddle angle: To avoid leaning forward when riding, the front end of the saddle should be tilted upward.
The front and rear position can be appropriately adjusted based on individual height.
Minimum height of the saddle: Move the quick release handle to the OPEN position, then put the saddle post to the lowest
position. When the saddle post can no longer enter the saddle tube of the frame, it is at the minimum height of the seat.
Maximum height of the saddle: Move the quick release handle to the OPEN position, then lift the saddle post to the top,
ensuring the safety line is not exposed. This is the maximum height of the saddle.
Measuring method: Place the bike perpendicular to the ground, and the distance from the highest part
of the curved surface of the saddle vertical to the ground is the height of the saddle.
