6 Conditions for service under guarantee
1. MANIQUICK SA guarantees the absence of faults and mechanical
defects and the completeness of the product when it is sold.
2. Repairs can be done only at Service Centres authorized by
MANIQUICK SA or by the Authorized Distributor in the country
where you have purchased the appliance.
3. The duration of the period of guarantee on the materials and
on manufacturing and operating defects is 5 years* with effect
from the date of sale, subject to all the conditions for the
Purchaser shown in the Instructions for use. The obligations of
guarantee do not cover expendable materials: electrode cups,
elastic bands, power supply cables etc..
4. Complaints relative to the product must be presented directly to
the authorized service centre. The service centre, on the basis of
an agreement with the Vendor, is competent to establish the
cause and nature of the fault. The product will be replaced only
if it cannot be repaired.
5. The owner of the product will provide autonomously for
delivering and collecting the product from the place of the
repair under guarantee.
6. The time necessary for the repair under guarantee will be subject
to the degree of seriousness of the fault.
7. The responsibility of MANIQUICK SA under these conditions of
guarantee will be limited to the amount paid by the Purchaser
for the product in question.
* 1 YEAR WARRANTY FOR PROFESSIONAL USERS
The guarantee on the product will not be applied in the
following cases
• certificate of guarantee filled in incorrectly or falsified; serial
number (if applicable for the specific product) damaged or removed;
• absence of commercial and financial documents (cash
receipt, delivery note) proving the purchase;
• opening or repair of the product by the Purchaser or by an
unauthorized Service Centre;
• defects following failure by the Purchaser to observe the rules
for use, storage and transport of the product shown in the
relative technical and regulations documentation, in which case
the regulations of the aforementioned documentation which
have been infringed must be specified;
• penetration of foreign bodies or liquids inside the product;
• presence on the product of internal or external mechanical
defects (cracks, signs of a fall, chipped parts, etc.) consequent to
the incorrect use, installation or transport of the product;
• components or accessories subject to rapid wear and tear
(electrode cups, elastic bands);

• defects caused by external agents (dirt visible externally and
internally, traces of corrosion);
• defects due to causes independent of the manufacturer, such as
power supply voltage step changes, natural phenomena or disa-
sters, fires, actions by animals, insects etc.
• complaints for defects found by the Purchaser that are made
after the expiry of the guarantee period or any other period esta-
blished by the law for reporting any defects;
• use of the product by the Purchaser not for personal (domestic)
use but for commercial and profit-making purposes.
Conditions for the return of a defective product
Defective products will be accepted only if clean and complete, in
the original packaging, together with the certificate of guarantee
correctly filled in and the commercial and financial documents (cash
receipt of the store, delivery note) that prove the purchase. Please
attach a description of the problem found to the appliance

working order and I have no complaint to make regarding its
external appearance and completeness.
