Troubleshooting
The following is a list of frequent problems customers experience and their solutions.
Problems
No sound
A crackling noise may be heard.
A number is displayed after "ER"
appears, then the unit is shut down
and cannot be turned on again.
"OL" is displayed, the sound volume
drops or the unit is shut down.

• Check connections to other devices. ( page 5)
• Check whether the MAIN SWITCH on the rear panel was turned OFF while the DIRECT INPUT
switch being ON position. After turning the MAIN SWITCH on again, turn the DIRECT INPUT
switch OFF and adjust the sound volume. ( page 6)
Some smart phones and other transmitting devices used near the unit may cause
interference and noise in amplifi er output. Shutting down transmission by setting a smart
phone to airplane mode may often minimize noise from interference.
Note down the number, disconnect the power cord and contact customer support.
This happens when the protective function is triggered after detecting an excessive signal
output in headphone output.
Lower the sound volume and check for short-circuits in cables and jacks.
