Preparation

Remove all packaging and sticker materials
and dispose of them according to the
applicable legal regulation.

Before using of the appliance for first time,
clean beaters and dough hooks (See the
"Cleaning and care" section).
Operation

Make sure that the power cord has been
disconnected from the wall socket and the
speed control and accessory release switch
is on speed 0 prior to attaching the beater

Caution
Make sure that the operating time of the hand

mixer does not exceed 3 minutes at a time and
with the standard load.
Here, the standard load means the added flour
should be less than 900g in every time blend
and the added water ratio should be around
72g of water for each 100g of flour.

After you finish operation, set the speed
control and accessory release switch

out the beaters / dough hook from the food
mixture.

Hints and tips
Cold food, such as butter and eggs should be

Remember that climatic conditions, seasonal
