8.4 Turning the sunshade in the parasol

Pull the knob out of its mounting. Turn the knob by 90
Leave it in this position and outside of the mounting.
Turn the sunshade into the required position.
Turn the knob, until you can feel it locking back into its
gearing. Turn the parasol slightly back and forth until you
can hear the (Feststellzapfen) fastening in.
Note
If the floor sleeve has engaged correctly, the
sunshade can no longer be turned.
Note
Before removing the umbrella from the base, it is
necessary to block the function of rotation.
