3. Fill the tank with clean, fresh, soft water (low lime or lime-free) according to the
instructions.
Weekly maintenance
Repeat steps 1 to 3 as set out above
4. Pour a cup (200ml) of white vinegar into the water-filled container in the
mechanical casing (the bit that is left when the tank is removed) and in the
water-filled tank. Leave to soak for 15 minutes. Remove the vinegar solution and
the dirt and then dry with a clean, dry cloth.
5. The lid with the moisture extractor should also be cleaned using a vinegar
solution.
6. Clean the exterior of the device with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
Maintenance warnings
Make sure that the mechanical housing is never submerged in water
Do not use solvents or aggressive cleaning products when cleaning
Clean internal parts with a soft cloth; hard materials could damage the device!
Never let water sit in the water tank or casing for longer than a few days. Change
it/throw it away; rinse the tank and let the humidifier dry if you are not planning
to use it for a while.
Storing the humidifier
Clean the air humidifier as set out above. Allow to dry thoroughly.
Store in original packaging if you have it.
Place it straight up in a cool, dry place. Prevent excess heat!
