Before using the measuring tool, familiarize
yourself with all the operating features and safe-
ty requirements.
▪ The measuring tool is delivered with a warning
label in English. Prior to initial starting, attach
the supplied sticker in your national language
over the warning label in English.
▪ Do not direct the laser beam at persons or ani-
mals. Do not stare into beam.
▪ This measuring tool emits class 2 laser radia-
tion according to EN 60825-1. This can lead to
persons being blinded.
▪ Pay attention to the correct polarity when in-
serting the battery according to the marking in
the battery compartment.
▪ Remove the battery from the measuring tool
when not using it for more than 3 months to
prevent leak, and store it in a cool and dry
place
▪ If the battery is leaking, remove the battery,
wipe away the liquid from the compartment
with a soft cloth avoiding contact of your skin
with electrolyte.
▪ Do not allow children to use the laser measur-
ing tool without supervision. They could unin-
tentionally blind other persons or themselves.
▪ The measuring tool must be repaired only by
qualified technicians in authorised SPARKY
service centres using original spare parts to
ensure preserving the functions for safe op-
eration.

This measuring tool is radio suppressed in com-
pliance with EMC Directive 2004/108/EC.
This tool is designed for measuring distances,
accumulating lengths, widths, heights, calculat-
ing areas and volumes. The measuring tool is
suitable for interior and exterior construction site
measuring, finishing and repair activities.
LENGTH MEASUREMENT
Press ON/OFF button to switch on the device
and then press MODE button to select distance
measurement mode.
