2. TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION.
Knocks and sudden movements must be avoided when transporting the equipment.
Make sure that the workstation is well secured to the fixed parts such as walls, columns,
etc. To do this, by means of some screws, screw to the placed rawlplugs to the drilled holes
of the structure where it is going to be installed.
3. START-UP
3.1. START-UP. PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS.
Before starting to work, carry out the following operations:
1º) Make sure that the workstation is well secured to the fixed parts such as walls,
columns, etc.
2º)
Check that the workstation and its connections are suitable for the type of gas and
pressure to be used. Do not change or try to adapt the connections of the pressure
regulator for use with different gases or pressures other than those for which it has
been designed.
3º)
Clean the threaded connections, if dirt is observed. Couple the workstation to the
installation using the appropriate tools.
NEVER USE CLOTHS THAT MIGHT HAVE REMAINS OF OIL OR GREASE TO
CLEAN THE INSTALLATION. OXYGEN PRODUCES EXPLOSIONS WHEN
