HEAD ASSEMBLE INSTRUCTION
A. Cut the plastic buckle and loosen the plas-
tic tape.
B.
The aluminum pipe under black transmit-
ting wire. Place the transmitting wire into
the hole in the middle of plastic plate.
C.
Revolve the plastic plate to ensure the
transmitting wire is tightly closed to the
plastic plate.
D.
Fix nut by using of wrench ,then loosen
screw by using of screwdriver.
E.
Place the bend aluminum pipe into the hole,
then fix it by screw and nut.
F.
Fix the flexible pipe into the aluminum
pipe with ring by using of screwdriver.
G.
The head of Drywall Sander is assembled.
REPLACEMENT OF SANDING PAPER
Backing pads 6
Never run the tool without backing pad 6
Replace damaged backing pads immediately
(loosen/fasten pad screw with hex key 13).
Unplug tool before removing/mounting back-
ing pads.

Mounting sanding discs 7
Simply press sanding disc 7 onto backing pad with
perforation in sanding disc corresponding with
perforation in backing pad. If necessary, clean
backing pad first
The dust suction requires the use of perforat-
ed sanding discs.
REPLACEMENT OF GRINDING DISK STUCK
The output shaft is inserted into the adhesive disc
center with six angle wrench clockwise rotation
angle in the six-hex, and at the same time, the
hands hold the adhesive disc grinding, grinding

SPEED ADUSTMENT
The grinding of the grinding disk rotation speed
can be adjusted according to different conditions
and grinding quality requirements.
The Drywall Sander is equipped with a variable
speed control. The speed is adjusted by turning
the control knob. The control knob is numbered
"ΜΙΝ" through "ΜΑΧ" with "ΜΙΝ" being the slow-
est speed (Approximately 1000 RPM) and "ΜΑΧ"
being the fastest speed {approximately 2100
RPM).
Use the higher speed settings for fast stock re-
moval. Use the lower speed selling to reduce re-
moval rate for more precise control.
DUST SUCTION
Loosen locking sleeve 1 by turning it in the direc-

tion of the unlocking symbol on the tool handle.
Insert flexible hose 8 into the end of the tool han-
f
dle as illustrated.
Tighten locking sleeve 1 by turning it in the direc-
f
tion of the locking symbol on the tool handle.
Connect the flexible hose with the Ø 57 mm
f
adapter directly to an industrial vacuum cleaner
(remove vacuum cleaner hose first).
One may also connect flexible hose 8 with one
f
of the 3 adapters to an industrial vacuum cleaner
without removing the vacuum cleaner hose.
For mounting vacuum cleaner adapter 10 or 11
f
use screwdriver 12 as illustrated.
TO START AND STOP DRYWALL SANDER
Make sure power circuit voltage is the same as
shown on the specification plate on the Sander,
and that the Sander switch is OFF. Connect Sander
to power circuit.
To start the sander: Press switch forward to the
position "Ι". To stop the sander: press the switch
back to the position "O".
HOLDING AND GUIDING THE TOOL
The drywall sander has a unique sanding head.
The head can swivel in multiple directions, allow-
ing the abrasive pad to conform to the work sur-
face. This enables the operator to sand the top,
middle and bottom of a wall or ceiling joint with-
out changing: his position.
Always hold the tool firmly with both hands.
