Instructions for use
• Before first use remove any stickers, wash in hot water and dry thoroughly.
• Before use the pan must be absolutely dry.
Fill the fondue pan with a maximum of 1l. of oil or bouillon or use a maximum
of 1 kg or fat.
Make sure only oil or fat is used that can be heated to a high temperature.
(Special fondue fat or oil is available in food stores.)
• Your fondue pan has a universal TransTherm® base.
We recommend always heating the pan filled with oil/fat or bouillon on the
cooker beforehand.
Heating the fat on the fondue stand over the paste burner takes much longer.
