5. Ensure that the switch on the
appliance is set to „0".
6. Place the pomace container side
intended for this purpose on the
motor block.
7. Place the Juice collection tray on
the appliance. Bear in mind that
the large spout on the tray must
be hooked into the pomace con-
tainer.
8. Now place the stainless steel sieve
on the drive unit in the juice coll-
ection tray. Press the sieve onto
the drive unit (turn approximately
30°). The sieve must firmly lock
in place.
9. Place the transparent lid on the
juice collection tray and the
pomace container.

bracket, by flipping the closure

PREPARING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

1. Use only fresh fruits and vegetab-
les, if possible.
2. Wash the fruit or vegetables tho-
roughly and dry them effectively.
3. If you wish to extract juice from
fruit with a hard skin, you must
first remove the peel. This is the
case with pineapple, for example.
4. Fruit with an inedible skin, such
as citrus fruit, also must be
peeled first.
5. We do not recommend that you
use this appliance for bananas,
since they cannot be processed
properly in a juicer.
6. In the juicer, oranges produce a
foamy juice. Please peel oranges

bracket upwards. The closure bra-
cket audibly locks in place.
11. Place the lid of the juice pitcher
on the pitcher.
12. Set the juice pitcher under the
spout on the appliance. The lid of
the juice pitcher has an opening
in it; the spout fits directly into
this opening. Check whether all
parts are precisely joined together
to avoid juice splashes.
13. Ensure that the switch of the
appliance is set to „0".
14. Connect the appliance via the
power cable to the power supply
(AC, 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz).

berries, add ¼ of an apple with
the peel to about 200 g of berries.
